Placing an Order

Basic Rights ships personal, non-commercial purchases within the United States and internationally. The site does not allow the purchase of goods for resale.

Order Processing

Basic Rights processes orders based on the time they are received. Orders will be processed within 2 - 3 business days upon receiving the order and according to their availability. Expedited orders must be placed prior to 5:00 P.M. BST for next day shipping.

Basic Rights reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom we deem a risk to our business or have suspension of fraudulent activity.

Payments

Basic Rights accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shopify Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Discover. Basic Rights does not accept personal checks for payment.

To avoid unnecessary delays, please ensure that your billing and shipping information is complete and accurate. You will only be charged for items that are available - the amount will be debited from your account on the date of the sale. Basic Rights will not be responsible for any delays to shipment due to incomplete order forms or unattainable authorizations from credit card companies.
