SHIPPING

Orders are processed from the UK and will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We are unfortunately unable to ship at weekends or during holidays. 

During Bank Holiday, seasonal Holiday and extremely busy periods, such as sale, please allow for extra time for your order and/or return to be processed and shipped.

  • FREE on orders £95 and over via DPD Local
  • Estimated at 2-4 working days

 

International - US Delivery

  • $15 on orders under $135 via DHL
  • $10 on orders $135 - $234.99 via DHL
  • $5 on orders $235 and over via DHL 
  • Estimated at 2-5 working days

International - EU Delivery

  • €15 on orders under €135 via DHL
  • €10 orders €135 - €234.99 via DHL
  •  Free on orders €235 and over via DHL  
  • Estimated at 2-5 working days 

 

We regret we are unable to deliver to the following countries; North Korea, Syria, Iran, Cuba, Sudan, Belarus, Myanmar/Burma, and Lebanon & Russia.

International deliveries will be shipped with DHL or a local courier depending which service is selected. 


Duties

BASIC RIGHTS is not liable for payment of customs duties. These must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. BASIC RIGHTS has no control over these charges and, as they vary from country to country, cannot advise on potential charges at checkout. We advise contacting your local customs office before placing an order for an estimate on charges.


Note: In the event that the parcel is refused and returned to us by the courier service, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages once dispatched from us, please ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. BASIC RIGHTS cannot alter any delivery addresses once the label has been created.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note we only offer exchanges for UK orders. International orders are return only.

  

We hope you’re delighted with your order, however, if you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return items within 28 days of receipt.

All returns should be requested before you send your purchase back to BASIC RIGHTS. Unidentified items will be returned to the sender.

Items must be returned to us unwashed and unworn. You must include the sales invoice and any returns/refund preferences you wish us to review. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer. 

If a shipping charge has been paid on the order, we kindly remind you that this is non-refundable.

Refunds may take up to 10 working days to fully process. You will be notified once this is complete.

International

Please note: International returns are made at the customer's discretion and all shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return arrives back to us safely.

Please follow the return instructions below.

  1. Please complete the returns form enclosed in your delivery and ensure it is included with your returned items.
  2. Package all item(s) in their original condition.
  3. Add postage as required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.


Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund as of yet, but you can see it has been processed by us, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is fully processed.

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date received. If you have owned your item for longer than this please contact customer@basicrights.com.


Late returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of BASIC RIGHTS and may only be refunded as a store credit.


Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on BASIC RIGHTS. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
