Goods will be delivered according to their availability. In case of incomplete delivery, only the goods delivered will be charged.
We deliver within the United States as well as internationally, excluding North Korea, Syria, Iran, Cuba, Sudan, Belarus, Myanmar/Burma
For international deliveries, we ship all items on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis through USPS. This means that the shipping fees do not cover
the cost of customs, duties or taxes. Once your order is shipped, USPS will bill you to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. Please note we do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Basic Rights cannot change or alter the delivery method once shipped.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received -- unworn, unwashed, not altered and with all original tags attached.
All purchases of sale items are final.
To return an item, please complete the Returns & Exchanges Form included in your order and include in your return package, as well as your original Basic Rights receipt. If you have misplaced the Returns form, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an electronic copy. We cannot process your return unless we receive a complete
Returns & Exchanges form.
For orders shipped to the US and the UK, you have 20 business days
to return items from the day you receive your shipment. Return shipping is at your expense but we will ship you the new item free of charge. Once your package is received, we will promptly issue a refund once the goods have undergone a quality control check. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. Credit will be processed within 10 business days of reception, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
We do not accept international returns, except from the UK.
We are only able to process exchanges for the same item in a different size. If you would like to exchange a different item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new purchase. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please specify which in the Returns & Exchanges form and include the completed form when you ship us the original item, as well as your original Basic Rights receipt. Return shipping is at your expense, but we will send you the exchange free of additional shipping fees.
